This website is operated by Thekkady Haritham Residency. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Thekkady Haritham Residency. By visiting our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, including all policies referenced herein. Please read them carefully before using our services.

SECTION 1 – BOOKINGS

All bookings are subject to availability. By making a reservation, you confirm that you meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you will use our services responsibly. Any illegal or unauthorized use may result in termination of services.

SECTION 2 – CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to check-in are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as per our policy.

SECTION 3 – CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in begins at 2 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and approval by management.

SECTION 4 – PAYMENTS

Payments may be made via credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking. Full payment is required at check-in for walk-in guests. Guests must provide accurate account and billing information.

SECTION 5 – USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests must respect property, staff, and other visitors. Any damages caused during the stay will be charged. Pets are not allowed without prior consent. Guests are prohibited from uploading viruses, harmful content, or engaging in prohibited conduct.

SECTION 6 – PRIVACY

Any personal information submitted is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent.

SECTION 7 – LIABILITY

Thekkady Haritham Residency is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 8 – INDEMNIFICATION

Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thekkady Haritham Residency, its staff, and affiliates from any claims arising out of violations of these Terms.

SECTION 9 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kerala courts.

SECTION 10 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
