At Thekkady Haritham Residency, we strive to provide a seamless online booking experience. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds for online reservations.

Cancellation by Guest

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount, excluding any transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are subject to a partial refund as per our policy or may be non-refundable depending on the booking type selected.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Cancellation by Thekkady Haritham Residency

We reserve the right to cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as maintenance, force majeure, or overbooking). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund of the booking amount or have the option to reschedule.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

Booking Modifications

Any changes to existing bookings (dates, number of guests, or room types) are subject to availability. Modifications may incur additional charges or affect the refund eligibility of the original booking.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
